I spent the better part of the last 2 decades working 60+ hours a week at a fun, fast-paced job that had me on the road as often as home. (sometimes more) While my weight often fluctuated, I was never what anyone would consider “healthy”. I was busy, and just got by on a comfortable routine of work, fast food and pizza deliveries. Some big changes started taking place in my personal and work life – details for another post, another day – and I knew it was time I did something for myself.
Living a healthy lifestyle touches so many places in our lives, from diet, exercise, habits and even finance! I am passionate about making positive changes in my own life and helping others do the same.
